Maruti Suzuki India reported Q3 Results on January 24, 2023. Net profit jumps 132% YoY to Rs.2,351.3 crores, beats the ET Now poll estimates. 

Maruti Suzuki India reported a Total Revenue from Operations of Rs.29,057.5 crores rose 25% YoY. It was Rs.23,253.3 crores in Q3 last year. 

Maruti Suzuki reported a Net profit of Rs. 2,351.3 crores rose 132% YoY. It was Rs.1,011.3 crores in Q3 last year. 

Maruti Suzuki reported Operating profit Rs.2,123 crores up 131% YoY. It was Rs.919 crores in Q3 last year. 

The operating margin improved by a sharp 304 basis points to 9.75%.

Maruti Suzuki reported that company sold a total of 465,911 vehicles during the quarter. Sales in the domestic market were 403,929 units and exports were 61,982 units.

Maruti Suzuki reported pending customer orders stood at about 363,000 vehicles at the end of this quarter out of which about 119,000 orders were for newly launched models.

Shortage of electronic components impacted production by about 46,000 vehicles in this quarter.
